Balera has quickly become one of my favorite spots in Williamsburg. Lively with the disco ball, music, and late-night energy, but still relaxed enough to actually enjoy a long dinner and conversation. I’ve been a few times now and it’s consistently good. The pizza is super thin and crispy with really fresh flavor, and the fritto misto is a must. The Paloma is also genuinely one of the best cocktails I’ve had in the city. The service is always warm, attentive, and makes you feel taken care of f
Had a really nice dinner at Balera in Williamsburg while catching up with a friend. The place has a great vibe, relaxed but still feels special. The food was great, and we really enjoyed the wine. The owner stopped by our table to say hi and walked us through the wine menu, which was a nice touch and made the evening feel more personal. Overall, a great spot for dinner with friends, good food, and a nice glass of wine. Would definitely come back.
We started with the focaccia and Prosciutto di Parma—absolutely delicious. The focaccia was perfectly done: soft on the inside with a nice crunchy crust. The pizza is very thin and crispy. Crème caramel was a good choice as dessert. The staff is friendly and we really loved the warm, authentic Italian vibe. 🫶🏻
