Balkan Grind delivers great coffee and treats. I highly recommend having the hazelnut Turkish coffee. The bureks are on point as well and it's a great portion for a light filling meal. Val, the owner, is hospitable and energetic and a pleasure to speak with. He clearly works hard to provide quality coffee and treats. The vibe in there is great and will instantly make you feel calm. Great spot for meetings as well. A+ products, service and ambiance.
Upon entering the store I was immediately greeted and handed a glass of ice cold water. Val walked me through the different coffees and the history behind how it’s made, I was so impressed. Then we got into the beautifully displayed pastries. I got the chocolate Turkish coffee, simit bagel with pistachio and raspberry jam, the Dubai chocolate scone, and this rosehip lol I’m desert. Had an amazing experience at this coffee shop. Turkish coffee and baklava were outstanding, and the service was very welcoming. Looking forward to going back and trying more from here! A must-visit if in the area.
