I came here to celebrate a friends birthday during brunch. The place was not crowded at all and the place was very spacious. The lighting here was amaszing and the AC was a savior during the hot temperature. The staff was very attentive to us and our needs. I ordered the waffles. They were light and fluffy. The fruit tasted very fresh and it sauce was sweet. (If you do not have a sweet tooth I would maybe stray away from this plate). The Balvanera burger was super juicy. The aioli really gave
We had an incredible experience at Balvanera. It was one of the best steaks I have had in a long time. So flavorful and masterfully cooked. You can truly taste the quality and care in the preparation. The staff was attentive and friendly throughout the night. Even while the restaurant was busy, our waiter made time to connect with us, which made the experience feel personal and welcoming. The sangria is very good and the perfect complement to the meal. We will absolutely be back.
It was a cozy intimate setting with excellent grilled meat (tender, moist inside and crispy outside, flavorful), sausages and empanadas. The wine selection was decent as well and the service was attentive. I would had given 4 stars to the atmosphere if it was not cold in the restaurant…not sure did they have a heating issue just that night.
