I ordered a matcha, but they initially got my order wrong and gave me a cappuccino instead. After a long wait and having to ask about my drink again, they finally prepared the matcha—but it wasn’t mixed at all, making it impossible to drink. When I requested a new one, the barista was far from polite and simply told me, “You can mix it yourself! This place is terrible, and I wouldn’t recommend ordering anything from here.
The worst customer experience I’ve ever had. Retail can be a joke sometimes. When I apply for retail positions and see some of the “requirements,” it’s almost laughable. I know I could work in retail and outperform most of the staff I’ve encountered. I walked into the business section looking for a specific book, but I couldn’t focus because I urgently needed to use the restroom.
