This was my first time at Williamsburg Bathhouse, I had a wonderful time and felt very relaxed. Absolutely all the staff are welcoming, friendly and polite. The changing rooms and the entire area are very clean. The rooftop pool and the view are stunningly beautiful! There weren't too many people, and there was enough space for everyone. All the visitors were respectful to each other. I didn't see anything negative that I had read in some of the reviews. Every 1.5 hours there's an Aufguss ceremo
Honestly, it was just okay and felt pretty disorganized when they were getting people to go to the rooftop. The pool wasn't very clean (seeing a dirty net used to clean was a turn off), and there was no music playing on the rooftop. This place definitely has room for improvement. The commercials make it seem more luxurious than it is. The staff was okay. The towels are cheap. The cold plunge was cool though. However, I wouldn’t return.
I’ve been here a few times now and have always enjoyed coming here. This was my first time being back since they added the rooftop pool and additional baths. This was my second time dining in the cafe. This time there was an automatic 20% gratuity included. This is after paying at the counter, $17 for 4 wings, getting my own water, and getting the hot sauce that the staff member said “you can go grab yourself”.
