I went to Baya Bowl in Columbus Circle two days in a row. My first experience, a Friday evening, was fine. The staff was friendly and the food was fresh and delicious. My second experience, a Saturday at 1:00, was awful. I walked in and there were three people working behind the counter, two were making smoothies and bowls and one was wiping the back wall with a cloth. I’ve only had their juices so far, but I’ve ordered about three times and they’ve been great every time. Brain Power, sometimes with chia seeds is my go to at the moment. Highly recommend. Prices are a bit high for the size, but it’s all natural fruits and veggies, so I think it’s worth it.
Everyone loved what they got from Bays Bar. Service was a tad slow, but certainly worth the wait. We were looking for healthy, protein rich options to eat between meals and this hit the spot. It’s a surprisingly great find.
