I stopped by this location on Saturday around 5:00 p.m. because I was craving something healthy and wanted to purchase one of their juices. Unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was very disappointing. The young man working in the store was rude from the beginning of the interaction. We came for their grand opening when they were offering free bowls to the first 100 customers. While we did not make the 100 bowl cutoff, they still offered 25% off as a thank you for waiting which I appreciated. We also won a free booster shot as a prize. We got the Billybk smoothie and Pacific Beach açaí bowl. The smoothie was nice and smooth, with plenty of protein and not too sweet. I would definitely get it again.
