I just completed my second stay at this property and was very happy. The service I received at the front desk was phenomenal - they offered me complementary early check in and a free room upgrade due to my rewards status with Best Western. The rooms are small, but they're very clean and use the space efficiently. The beds are incredibly comfortable. We only stayed 2 nights, and I was pleasantly surprised to discover housekeeping visited the room - you don't see daily housekeeping very much these
Great experience at Best Western Premier! It was easy to leave our baggage for the day when we arrived and when we left (for $5 per bag). We had Misba help us with our bags and was super quick and friendly. And Mina helped us at the desk multiple times, thanks for the street view room. This is a great location that is close to a lot of food and easy subway stations.
We had an amazing stay! From the moment we arrived, the customer service was exceptional. Mr. Patel and Mina were especially welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help with anything my mom and I needed.
