I order food from here almost twice weekly but of recent the customer service sucks, especially when I called to place the order, these people don’t have no respect and no customer service. I asked the woman can you give me a time frame around what time I will receive my delivery, she said “I don’t know the delivery man nah deh hey”. So you are telling me I should sit and wait all day not knowing what time to expect him? The owner needs to look into his business, the meat needs to wash proper
Bigwell Bakery and Halal Restaurant is amazing, the food especially the lamb, duck and chicken curry was delicious. I had catering done here for my party of 150 people, and all my guests said the food was delicious and tasty. The food was suppose to arrived at 5:30pm and surprisingly it got there exactly on time. Definitely would recommend. They even called me the next day to follow up, and make sure everything was up liking. Thank you guys
I wanted to eat at the place next door, but they didn’t have what I wanted. So, I went to this restaurant, and it turned out great! I was very skeptical about the fried rice but it was one of the best I had in NY. They can do better with the portion/ packaging the food though.
