This Bingo Hall really sucks if you’re a first time visitor! The game play instructions are ambiguous and when I asked a question, I was outrageously yelled at by Jenny, one of the Bingo workers. Unacceptable!!! This place needs to implement customer service training & clear instructions on how to play their Bingo game sequence. An updated & explanatory game play handout should be made available to all asap!
My first time here was an awesome experience! The players were super friendly and helped us find seats and let us borrow chips (we only had daubers). The employees were extremely helpful, and the energy was light and fun. We really enjoyed ourselves and enjoyed all the great people. Highly recommended!
Made a pit stop here on my road trip back home. I love bingo so I came based on the reviews! This place was different but in a good way. They use chips for multiple games which was something I wasn’t use to but it was kinda fun. The staff was friendly, they let me use their pennies to play the games. The people were really cool and welcoming. I sat near a couple who was very friendly and willing to guide me since I was new and an out of towner. I would recommend checking it out!!
