Best coffee in the city. Always consistent, knowledgeable baristas, and very welcoming people. I used to go every single day for months until I moved to a new area.
The store size is very small, but the atmosphere and staff kindness were the best among Birch Coffee stores I've ever visited. Birch does not use whole milk, so anyone who is reluctant to make coffee with alternative milk should refer to it before visiting. There is a small chair next to the entrance of the store, and if there is a seat, I recommend you to sit down for a while and enjoy a cup of coffee to the music flowing from inside the store.
I always get matcha here—it’s really good with great color and flavor. The baristas are super nice, and they have a punch card system, but there’s no seating area.
