BK Jani is one of the many dining options inside DeKalb Market Hall. During our visit we ordered three Backyard Burgers (with cheese, pickles, lettuce, onions, and tomatoes) and one Fried Chicken sandwich (with spicy mayo, spicy pickles, lettuce, and tomatoes). The burger patties are cooked over an open flame which adds a distinct depth of flavor. The doneness of the meat was exactly as specified in our order notes which was very satisfying. Was in the stressful area dealing with courthouses and needed something quick and halal. Was grateful to have found a bk jani at this location. A little hard to find inside the maze downstairs but the burger and fries did not disappoint. I had the backyard burger with masala fries. Meat was grilled to perfection, buns perfectly toasted with both sides having sesame seeds. And let’s not forget the touch of masala which was excellent and not overbearing. I couldn’t even wait to take a pic 😂. High
