Food was Amazing drinks were great 👍 The servers were amazing. They were very welcoming and genuine. The place in my opinion could used a lil' decor to give the place some character/ theme. Otherwise very cool spot.
I visited BK9 with my family to celebrate my son’s 14th birthday. When I placed the reservation over the phone the day before they were extremely professional and accommodating for my party of 12. The moment we walked in we were greeted with a smile and warm welcome. Our host for the night was Craig and he was very professional, kind, patient, and his customer service skills was 10/10! The food and atmosphere was 10/10! We will be back.
I got the jerk chicken meal to go. The chicken was delicious and is the main reason I’m giving this 4 stars. The host helping me was also nice. The portions weren’t great, considering this is $30. 2 small pieces of chicken, 3 plantain chips, with a scoop of rice and the cabbage was barely cooked…
