My friends and I had a great time at Blackbird. Chef Eric LeVine’s team was warm and friendly, and the food was excellent. We tried the monster burger, short rib ravioli, edamame burger, tempura shrimp, and the stuffed peppers. Everything was outstanding. Kudos to the Blackbird and 42 Hotel teams! I’ll definitely be back.
Unbelievable tasting menu experience here last week. Featured an exclusive 11 course menu conceived and created by their celebrity chef and the menu pays honor to the borough’s extensive food scene. From Park Slope smoked salmon on an everything bagel to Sheepshead Bay baked clams, Coney Island hotdog with relish, Bay Ridge pastrami on rye, Brighton Beach knish.
It was well worth the drive from Long Island to experience another masterpiece from the great culinary mind of Chef Eric Levine. A brilliantly designed, diverse, yet simplified menu with each dish displaying his signature flare. The ambiance was laid back but classy, and the staff was eager to help us achieve a pleasurable dining experience.
