There is absolutely no customer service. I had a question about a menu item and instead of addressing me, the worker just pointed at me to read a sign. Then, I had to repeat my order 3 times! It was just a latte and a Nutella latte… not so complicated. The milk is over heated and the flavor is extremely weak. The flavor of the lattes were comparable to any generic Starbucks. There’s plenty of comfy seating and a nice vibe. Just don’t come for the coffee….
The place is pretty cozy inside. That's about the only thing it has going for it. The coffee is quite bad, the service is very slow, and the bathroom is disgustingly dirty. --- Regarding the owner response, I understand that times are tough, but if you don't have enough staff to not make customers wait 15 min for a bad (scalding hot, under-extracted) coffee and a bagel, and to keep the bathroom relatively clean, maybe more staff should be hired. So glad this place is open later than your average coffee shop. If you're in a rush, go somewhere else, it's a true indie coffee shop, usually with one staff member handling everything so service is slower. If you want to chill with great atmosphere and good food/drink, this is the spot.
