Modern bagel shop in Rockefeller Plaza for wood-fired bagels, smoked fish, and creative sandwiches.
From Google Maps reviews.
I was walking through Rockefeller checking out all the shops and I came across Black Seed Bagels. My friends have raved about it and I hadn’t been yet so I decided to check it out. Man were they right. My bagel was awesome! I got the whole wheat everything with egg, cheese, avocado and I added bacon. 🥓 nomnomnom it was the perfect portion. Place was buzzing with a nice line of eager eaters. The staff was so friendly! They also sell fresh beans and cute merch. I mean a bagel shaped crocs charm.
Black Seed Bagels, under the Rockefeller Building. Bagel shop that has bagels of course, and coffee. It’s fast. Price is not bad. You are going to wait a little bit to get your purchases. And when you do, if you ask for a toasted, at least ours came back a little bit cool. Poor seating areas. The shop has none.
Every time I think I can just run downstairs and grab a bagel, I'm reminded why I don't shop at Black Seed. I've had fresh bagels catered and they're good bagels! But order a bagel w cream cheese in the store and you're looking at a $7 BURNT bagel. Every. Time.
