Roomy, Irish-style tavern with many draft beers & classic pub fare, plus brunch on weekends.
From Google Maps reviews.
We visited here for drinks on the Friday evening after Thanksgiving. It is a gorgeous pub, with dark wood and plenty of bar and dining seating available. The bartender was engaging and so lovely and we had a few laughs. We ordered an appetizer and it was great and would not hesitate to order from thier menu next time round. The vibe was relaxed and comfortable, the prices reasonable, service top notch. We would recommend and plan to return.
Came here after a flight for a quick first meal in NYC, and wow, the French Onion Soup was so good. Of course, everyone has a personal taste but my wife agreed it was amazing and got one for herself. On our last day in NYC, we stopped in again for a couple of bowls before heading to the airport. My 5 year old daughter almost finished an entire bowl on her own! If you are a French onion soup fan, make sure to try it here.
Went for lunch, was able to be seated right away, and quiet enough to have a conversation. The Korean bbq cauliflower appetizer was delicious, I would have it again. The French onion soup was one of the best I've tried. I also ordered the calamari which was good. A bit on the pricey side but it's in NY, what do you expect.
