Our server Caitlin was absolutely amazing. We were a bit indecisive but she was so helpful in giving us some recommendations. We ended up with the Strawberry Shortcake drink and it was soooo....good. Stop by this location if you want good matcha drinks and super friendly service.
We’re all familiar with the scenario where you pay for a full cup of coffee but end up getting 50% ice. Well, today I had an experience where I paid $12 for a coffee and a croissant, only to be served a half-empty cup of coffee because I’d asked for it without ice. It turns out that at this particular place, that’s just how they serve it—half a cup. It’s really shameful considering the price. I won’t be going back there.
Staff was very nice! And the coffee tasted amazing. But I got their large size and I still managed to finish the drink in only a couple sips. Way too much ice. Not a one off incident cuz I ordered multiple drinks for multiple people and we all had the same experience. Again, taste is amazing. But for $7 a cup these portions are unacceptable. The ice is almost reaching the lid.
