Usually go to a location closer to my neighborhood but was running errands this morning and was surprised to see a Blank Street this far uptown. As soon as I walked in it was great vibes, good music playing and not to mention jam packed with teenagers. Still got my latte super fast and the manager got me to try the shortcake matcha ON THE HOUSE which I’m so glad I did. Usually don’t write reviews but when they asked I was like you know what hell yeah. Will be back when I’m in the area.
I visited Blank Street Coffee at 2461 Broadway today around 4:09 PM, and unfortunately the service did not match the quality of the products. The employee who took my order was noticeably rude and had an attitude not just toward me, but also toward other customers. At one point, he even made comments suggesting he just wanted to close and leave, which made the whole experience uncomfortable and unwelcoming. I literally come here everyday because of the atmosphere. They are quick and they are so sweet especially Jen & Chloé. I definitely recommend spending your coin here, you will not be disappointed!
