I ordered fries, a burger, and a chicken over rice. The burger bun was burnt and very hard, making it unpleasant to eat. The burger didn’t come with any sauce, and when I asked for extra ketchup, I was told I had to pay for it. The only ketchup I received was the small cup that came with the fries, even though I had ordered multiple items. On top of that, the staff member was very rude and unprofessional when I asked about it. The food quality and customer service were both disappointing.
Ordered a veggie sandwich tonight for my husband for dinner via Uber eats , was never contacted to have the option to choose if he wanted something else,but they just wrote on the paper of the sandwich,after waiting for like an hour to receive a chicken cutlet sandwich. And he's a Vegetarian They should be shut down immediately. Not only that they didn't get the order right ,they are very rude . Poor management!!! They hung up the phone on me and then took the phone off the hook when I called
Just when you think the meat can be sliced any thinner? And it’s pre-cutted Ever again Blimpie has really changed out the years.
