I had to use the restroom at this McDonald’s, I saw a man hanging around outside the ladies room, didn’t think much of it, went inside, well didn’t this same man who was hovering outside come inside and was standing there peeking over the door of the bathroom I was in. I was in there alone, I ran out and of course he was gone-counter people looking around like they don’t know what is going on. This is the worst branch in the Bronx; the moment you step inside, you are hit by a foul odor—specifically, the smell of a restroom. Anyone who has visited can attest to this. The staff—a few young men and women—are incredibly lazy, and the service is the slowest in the entire Bronx; it takes them anywhere from 20 to 40 minutes just to fulfill a single food order. Fast service and quick food preparation, but the tables, dining area, and bathrooms are often dirty. There are also occasionally homeless people inside the restaurant. Convenient for a quick meal, but the cleanliness could definitely be improved.
