The place has fries all over the floor two workers minimum , eta to get your order placed is over 30 minutes so people download the app and just order themselves. What’s sad is this is always the appeal of this place. This morning a pregnant girl was working the register and had way more orders than tonight 11/4/25 at 8:00pm. This is my first visit to Smashburger(I know, I know, where have I been) and now I'm hooked. The exceptional employee name Lady was beyond amazing with her smile and attitude. She was very patient and helpful with a new customer. The food though was unexpected in the best possible way. A fresh burger made to order was hot and very tasty. The cashier was very patient and communicative to me and others as we walked in. He didn’t rush me to order and let me know to get his attention when I’m ready. Excellent service would definitely come back.
