We were a party of 10 for my good friend’s birthday. I really enjoyed my codfish and chips and the others with me loved their salmon, tuna, burgers, and French onion soup. Noel was fantastic to work with when planning for this event as they gave us a private area upstairs for our party, a surprise cake sampler with candles for our celebrant, and green tea shots for each of us! Walked into Blooms Tavern like I was about to write my own version of Ulysses… but let’s be real, I was only there for the food and the fire. 🔥🍺 Midtown East doesn’t usually hand you a pub with a legit working fireplace, but this place does. Cozy, classic, and a little dangerous for guys like me who like a good pint with their burger. Ordered the turkey burger with fries—and man, it was great. No nonsense, no fluff.
