We came here for a late lunch after spending two hours at Snug Harbor, and it turned into an amazing experience with my family. Our server, Kailen, welcomed us and seated us at a table with a beautiful view. We tried two prix fixe meals: the salmon with salad and the NY strip steak. Blue on Richmond Terrace is easily one of Staten Island's best waterfront spots. The Thai Calamari is the perfect crispy starter with a great kick, and the Pasta Carbonara is rich, authentic, and comforting. The standout, though, is the Stuffed Lobster Tail—generously filled and paired perfectly with their creamy risotto. Great vibes, attentive service, and even better food. Highly recommend!
Blue is my favorite restaurant on Staten Island! The ambience is amazing, the service is always impeccable, and the food is DELICIOUS! My favorite is the octopus, and it’s always cooked to perfection. My cousin had her doctorate graduation party there and we had a group of 50+ people, and the QUALITY was immaculate!!
