This is the small bar inside the Algonquin hotel. It's a beautiful space, with marble throughout. The actual bar is quite tiny - I would not recommend a large group visit at the same time. The drinks we had were quite good, but pricey. Definitely worth a stop if you're staying in the Algonquin as well.
We had great cocktails here and there was a great atmosphere- just wish we had gotten to see the cat Hamlet, maybe he was sleeping! I had the French 75, loved that cocktail.
Cheating for more tip by not providing itemized bills. Make sure you ask for an itemized check because 18% tip is already charged no matter the service!
