Blue Bottle has a small space and consistently good drinks. I ordered a latte, and it was well-balanced, smooth, and flavorful—exactly what I expect from Blue Bottle. The downside was the service. The staff felt noticeably unfriendly, which took away from the overall experience. With the premium pricing and busy location, I expected a warmer, more welcoming interaction.
Blue Bottle Coffee—Just Take My Money Let me be very clear about something. Coffee at Blue Bottle is laughably overpriced…it’s legit offensive. I challenge you to get out the door without parting with $10 or more for a small coffee. I have tried and failed many, many times. Best flat white from any major coffee chain. Baristas actually use real espresso machines and steam milk by hand . Matcha latte was also way better than Starbucks. Blue Bottle is my new favorite coffee chain.
