Beautiful place, nice atmosphere, love the exposed brick. However, when it comes down to what actually matters to a restaurant, this place lacks a lot. First of all, not sure if there is a manager at all, haven’t noticed anyone there when I visited, but their stuff needs training, like a LOT. Very awkward, don’t know how to properly take orders, place dishes, glasses, clean tables, they all lack of these things. Botte Brooklyn is a great Italian restaurant and bar in Brooklyn with a cozy, stylish vibe. I stopped in for pasta, wine, and drinks while watching the game, and the whole experience was perfect. Botte is a gem! The vibe is effortlessly casual and cool. The food was excellent and felt like truly authentic Italian. The Fettuccine Bolognese was outstanding ... easily the best I’ve had in a long time, and the pizza Fra Diavolo was amazing; it had just the right amount of heat to get your attention without being overpowering.
