I should’ve known how the night was going when the USA got eliminated by Belgium… because Buffalo Wild Wings eliminated my patience too. The place was clearly understaffed. We waited almost an hour for our food, nobody came by for drink refills, and we spent more time staring at the table than watching the game. By the time the wings arrived, Belgium had probably scored another goal. I know it’s not the servers’ fault if they’re understaffed, but management has to do better. At least Belgium
service was awful. took almost 20 min after being seated for a server to even take our order. disappeared after bringing out the appetizers for the rest of the meal, which was rather frustrating considering she also added $30 worth of food we didn’t order to our bill, so we had to wait a solid 20 min after finishing our food too just to get ahold of one of the other servers. i truly wish i got that girls name though because she was a saint!!! so helpful!!! i wish i could’ve tipped her. food was
Came here kinda late so they said only the bar side is opened and booths are closed. That’s fine even though we preferred booths. But later on we saw that they let other people sit at the booths that we weren’t allowed to and there was still plenty of space at the bar.
