Hello, I literally picked up my order from your location about 30 minutes ago. I arrived home and discovered that my burger was missing the meat patty. On top of that, there was no soda (Coca-Cola) available at the location. This is very disappointing. Please let me know how this can be resolved
This McDonald’s location on Richmond Avenue in Staten Island was very clean and well-kept, which I appreciated. The restaurant was nearly empty when I visited, yet I still had to wait quite a while for my food—possibly because the staff seemed busy cleaning at the time. I ordered a Deluxe Double Quarter Pounder with Cheese, French fries, and a Sprite. The total came to $13.60. One nice touch: they offer unlimited mayonnaise at no extra cost—unlike in parts of Europe where you’re charged about
Probably the worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. The girl at the cashier mixed up the order, acted extremely rude, and had absolutely no professionalism or respect toward customers. One skinny guy (maybe the manager) working there literally tried to fight me.😄 Completely unacceptable behavior. Management seriously needs to look at who they are hiring.
