Haven’t been here in a while. We love to try the collaborations BK does. Even though most of the meal was hot, once again, the burgers were on the cool/cold side. I remember when the burgers were served as expected, hot. Don’t know what the issue is, this is the only BK in the area that seems to have this issue.
Mozz fries were overcooked and inedible. Ordered a Sprite Zero because I'm diabetic and it was definitely a real Sprite. All I'm asking is for food I can eat and be honest about the drinks. If you don't have the Zero say so...also, pay attention to the order and make sure you pour Zero when it's requested.
been coming to this burger king for almost 20 years and i have never had service so bad as this time today! ordered something and they proceeded to get it wrong 2 TIMES, and after coming to get it fixed they claimed they watched the food be made correctly even though we had received it wrong, and refused us service and completely went silent at the drive through. they are losing a customer of 20 years because of their poor service. will be going to the westchester ave one from now on
