I have been coming here for years and after going to other places, I have to now leave a review to say the service here is great. When I go, as long as she is there, Tanicia greets me by my name. Even if she is not the one taking my order and she sees me, she will still address me with a warm hello and make sure I know about any specials that are currently available. At fast food places, you are usually just another number, but here, the effort is definitely made!!! A++
Absolutely terrible experience at Burger King. They forgot part of my order, and when I called the store, someone picked up the phone and stayed completely silent until I hung up. I called back immediately and suddenly the line was just a busy tone. Mistakes happen, but ignoring customers instead of fixing the issue is ridiculous. Poor customer service and very unprofessional. If you’re paying for food, you should at least expect the full order and basic respect when trying to resolve a problem
It’s been a while since I went to Burger King, but the last time I was there which was a few months ago, they missed a part of my order. Today my family was ordering food and they forget my order again. If I didn’t check, I wouldn’t have gotten my food. I do appreciate that when we alerted the staff, that they got my order together quickly.
