The place was a bit crowded when we arrived, and the security guard had to escort a few people out. However, once we had our food and found a table, the atmosphere improved significantly as the crowd dispersed. The food was delicious and fresh. If this Burger King didn’t have security, my rating would have been lower, but they did a commendable job of keeping the place clear and free of disruptive individuals who could have ruined our dining experience.
There is literal mold in my food and I noticed after I ate almost half the sandwich this is unacceptable. I also waited very long for a mobile order
We order often from this place and they often forget items like a whole cheese burger and we bought a milk shake on several occasions with no straw. Things like these are huge deal breakers, if your going to do something take pride and do it right not just for a check and this falls on the Burger King brand as a whole. Management please do better
