Burgers over cooked very dry one pickle. $2.99 ice cream cup not full and the service is very slow. Prove me wrong thumbs up or down.
Service was rather slow. It certainly doesn't help that the staff at the coutner where extremely disorganized and couldn't match orders with customers. I am not sure if this is a staff problem or an ordering problem, but mobile orders seem to be entirely forgotten until I asked three times for it after waiting nearly 15 minutes. I had to return to the counter three times because there were so many things wrong with my order. 1. I ordered the exclusive Bounty Bundle and they didn’t tell me until after that they no longer had boxes. 2. I requested no pickles on the burger and they put them anyway. 3. They didn’t put the chicken fries into the bag. I will say that they fixed everything without any issues. But this was annoying and very bad service for a mobile order, thank God I checked before leaving. Will not return to
