The food is all well as to be expected. The service is TERRIBLE! 8pm on 4/1/2026. I placed an order with a young man that was very polite however, his hair was braided and not covered. The cooks were getting the orders mixed up by not separating the special requests. NOW let's talk about the manager. The manager was RUDE, SLOPPY, UNWELCOMING and uninterested. I placed and received my order and requested ketchup. After my 3rd request(while my food was getting cold) ,she finally acknowledged me
The black girl with red hairs, she is very rude. She needs to learn customer service skills. Extremely rude lady. There restroom is always out of order. Because they don’t let anyone use it. She just put the sign of out of order. But in front of me she gave some one key to use it. When i ask the key she starts yelling at me. Insane lady
Poor service . The cashier was Extremely rude,burger was dry and plain,even though I ordered and paid for extra ,never ever going back to that location. VERY DISAPPOINTED!😞
