I was just looking for a sweet treat and Buttercup Bake Shop fulfilled my needs! Such a cute corner store bakery. I bought a dozen mini cupcakes for $24 which isn't a bad price for something made and designed from scratch. The cupcakes were beautiful and I ended up gifting them to my friends. They were such a fan!!! The worker at the register was also very sweet.
My spouse and I decided to stop by because I was craving something sweet from this little bakery. As soon as we walked in, the smell was absolutely amazing! We picked up two cupcakes: a strawberry cupcake and a cookies-and cream cupcake. I couldn't wait to try the strawberry one. The moment I took a bite, I was hooked. I got the ube cupcake after work for $3.75 and it was delicious! great texture, super moist, and I loved the frosting. the cake is sweet but not too sweet, and the cream definitely carries more of the sweetness. the light crystal sprinkles were a fun added texture. great for ube fans :)
