My GOODNESS! I’m writing this review as I’m waiting here in line. It’s almost 9pm and I ordered over 25 minutes ago. The food is PREPARED AND READY but the staff moving SOOOO SLOWLY. I know this is standard Jamaican restaurant customer service but we have to do better!!! People have been waiting here long before me. Hungry faces everywhere. The good they prepare is a good value for the money. It’s not the best but it’s good. What brought their rating down in my opinion is the service provided, the attitude of the workers and the atmosphere overall. I ordered my food and added instructions on how to add the sauce/gravy on my food. I noticed it wasn’t being followed and when I tried saying something about it the server decided to argue with me instead of acknowledging and correcting the mistake. Worst experience ever, I ordered online to avoid being outside to long since I was not feeling well but I needed to move my car so I has to go out. I waited 20 mins before going to do pick up to give time requested. I get there and it's packed so I'm glad I ordered ahead but apparently ahead means that your wait time will be three times as long.
