The best coffee shop in all of NYC. No queues, no crowds, no arrogance. Just great brewed coffee. As good as coffee as Ive ever had in Italy and Australia. And great, friendly service!
Captures the grunge punk anarchist aesthetic of LES and its origin in Seattle. A nice counterpoint to the excessively curated ultra bougie cafes that has metastasized all over NYC (La Cabra, Devocion, %arabica). The vibe is "Drink and leave. Don't linger."
