EXCELLENT!!!! it's so hard for me to find good quality well seasoned vegan options in queens and everything I ordered was delicious. 10 out of 10 ...I got vegan arepa, empanadas and other items. The food was great
Unfortunately, I won’t be coming here anymore. Sadly it’s just not the same. First and foremost I got there at 8:50pm and left at 9:35. When I walked in there were only 3 guest seated. Why did it take 45 mins just to receive two bowls. I paid for beef bowl and plantains and didn’t receive it as well. We instead were given a pork bowl 🤮. You can tell they’re loaded with probably uber orders but prioritize your in person guest first or hire more workers. One worker shouldn’t be dealing with money
Now the first I came here it was a delight. The second time made me not want to come back. My issue was when I proceeded to order from the menu at hand. The person behind the counter then pulls the menu from me and tells me they do not have any of the milkshakes I want. Yet last time I was here they had them. Now for good customer service, you don't pull menus from your customers. You politely let them know you do not have the stock for the milkshakes/person who makes them.
