I have stopped in here several times when I visit Greenacre park on east 51st . It is a beautiful and peaceful park with the sounds of the waterfall. Ample parking although it gets very busy around lunch hour. The cafe is just inside the park on the left. I always get a coffee and something to eat and then we grab two seats with a nice view of the waterfall. Prices are reasonable and service is quick.
Per tik tok went for the Pancakes which were not the best they gave 3 small pancakes -for $7 and an Americano espresso coffee total paid $14, customer service none look of terror (older man & woman at counter) asked for napkins and cream for coffee, price-ok, paid cash still charged me for cc fee. Only great thing is the environment. Great place to take a quick break or lunch.
The food was better than I expected, and the park’s atmosphere was wonderful! The coffee and drinks felt a little pricey for the quality.
