As a gluten-free girlie, I was so pleasantly surprised by Casa Louie. All of their small plates are gluten-free, along with most of their main dishes, which is such a win! I ordered the chicken parmesan and wow…it was absolutely delicious. Even my mom tried it and couldn’t tell the difference! We also shared the burrata with pistachio pesto, which I highly recommend. HOT TIP if you’re at an event or conference at Javits: skip the food court and food carts and walk a block down to Casa Louie - you will thank me later! Booked a table for outside with my pup and 2 girlfriends on the hottest day of the year 🤣 after sitting outside for a while waiting for my friends and after one showed up I think our brains were fried and we couldn't make a decision about what to drink or if we should move inside.
