I have been a customer of Castro’s since high school and have continued to come well into my 30s. All there is to say is that their food is DELICIOUS. My favorite appetizer is the nachos con barbacoa with everything. This dish can be fun to share or a meal if you’re looking for something small but filling. The burrito was perfectly wrapped and packed with flavor in every bite. The meat was tender and well-seasoned, the rice and beans were cooked just right, and the fresh toppings added the perfect balance of texture and brightness. Everything tasted fresh, and you could tell the ingredients were high quality. The portion size was generous without feeling heavy, and it held together beautifully until the last bite. The atmosphere was lively and welcoming, and the staff was friendly and efficient. O
