CAVA feels very similar to Just Salad — a fast-casual, build-your-own healthy bowl concept. I ordered the Spicy Lamb bowl. It came with about four small lamb meatballs. The texture was more like ground meat (similar to a burger patty) rather than a traditional firm meatball. The lamb flavor wasn’t very strong, and despite the name “Spicy,” the seasoning was pretty mild — just a light touch of spice, nothing bold. The salad bowl was filled!! I love how easy it is to customize your bowl on the app, and yes, they don’t skimp on portions :)) Super delish and will be back 🙏
Always such a lovely experience at the Adams st location. Everyone is always very attentive especially Dieynaba. She was very pleasant when I told her my order she new the exact ingredients without looking, which I was very impressed lol not going to lie. This is my fav location to visit, very clean as well.
