Charlotte Café is easily one of my favorite cafés on the Upper West Side. The entire space is beautiful, whether you choose to sit inside or outside. It has such a cozy, charming atmosphere that makes you want to stay for a while. The coffee was absolutely incredible. I love this place. The staff were so kind and welcoming. They had gluten-free pastries both times I went ( one or 2 portions ) the first time I came I had a gluten-free pumpkin muffin which was delicious and the second time I went I had the gluten-free banana bread, which is also delicious. The coffee was also good and there is plenty of space with Wi-Fi to do work. they also have a covered greenhouse area which is super cute to get some sun, although you cannot work with your laptop in those
A few years ago this spot became my go to coffee shop and has stayed that way since. I love the atmosphere and the coffee is consistently good. The service is A+, thank you Angel, Erin and the whole crew. They know my order before I even say it and it’s not like I’m even here everyday.
