A foray into Kerala cuisine in an upscale setting. The ambiance is very simple but inviting. The service was good and there were plenty of options to choose from. the Prawns was a great starter and so was the ginger tamarind amuse bouche. For the mains i had the traditional beef curry and porotta - while the taste was good, the spice level was lower than i expected. Chatti is a wonderful place to experience unique and authentic Kerala cuisine right in New York City. The food was truly delicious, and what stood out the most was the beautiful presentation of each dish—it felt thoughtfully plated and true to its roots. My husband and I visited Chatti last night, and it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. As vegetarians, we were thrilled to see so many delicious options on the menu.
