Chef Chang Express is one of my go-to spots in Manhattan for quick and delicious Chinese food. The lunch special is such a great deal — $11.99 for 2 entrees and 1 side, and the portions are super generous. Everything tasted fresh and flavorful, especially the crispy chicken and fried rice. Service was fast, staff was friendly, and the restaurant was clean too. Definitely worth checking out if you want a satisfying meal without spending too much!

I’m a visitor in New York and, while exploring Central Park, I noticed this place had great reviews in Google map, so I decided to give it a try—and I’m so glad I did! We ordered four dishes for five people and spent only around $70. The portions were huge, the flavors were really good, and the restaurant was clean and welcoming.
