My daughter loves this place! The entire Staff are outstanding. The managers are not afraid to get dirty, they work together with the Staff. The manager treat the Staff with respect. It is so clean and it has a warm vibe you feel when you entering. Around of applause to the entire team. You all are amazing. 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
I went to the Restaurant on Atlantic Avenue and carlton ave The food was absolutely delicious perfect in fact my server Brandon I believe is his name was superb (I know as I used to be a manager at KFC ). He was very personable and helpful even when I needed to add to my order after I paid for it he delayed his break to make sure I was taken care of so kudos for having that Gem employed at your establishment. Usually love Chick-fil-A, but the cashier at the register was unexpectedly rude and dismissive during my visit. Customer service felt very unfriendly compared to the brand’s usual standard. Hoping management addresses this because the experience was disappointing.
