I ordered the chicken wrap through a delivery service. It was filled about half as full compared to the last time I purchased it in store. I unwrapped it, and there's significantly less chicken in it this time. 90% or more of one half of the sandwich was just lettuce and the tortilla folded up. The sandwich alone (no sides) is 13.99 on the app, which is the 2nd highest priced entree on the entire menu. This is ridiculous for the price.
Super kind staff and great speedy service. They also regularly clean the tables as guests leave and they hand delivered my food when it was done. Great vibes :)
I’m writing specifically to comment how fantastic the service is at this location- probably the nicest employees in all of New York City! Today Myla (?) went ABOVE AND BEYOND to be efficient, friendly, helpful, and incredibly kind. Truly hard working and lovely. Especially on a busy holiday weekend. Aside from being way too small (my only issue here), this is such a great fast food addition to the neighborhood.
