Good food, but the service has declined since the owner's son took over the front counter. Checkyour bill overcharging is an issue. Packaging is careless, especially with saucy dishes that spill by the time you get home. His attitude is also unpleasant. They should bring back the woman who used to handle orders; she did a much better job.
Rude! Rude! Rude! The food is usually cold, nasty, uncooked on the inside, warm on the outside and the workers there are absolutely disgusting. One lady stood over my friends food snorting and coughing and expected me not to say anything about it. She then tried to overcharged me for some French fries. A small at that! Never going back here again. They’ve gone straight downhill and the customer service is atrocious. I have to just say that again because that’s how BAD it is.
When they think your black over the phone they are very rude to you and treat you like you can’t afford their $15 minimum. Very disappointing because when I go in the store they seem to have good customer service. After I ordered after being profiled and hung up on, they come to my house and forget to bring half my order. After being there so many times, NEVER AGAIN!
