These people are going to price themselves right out of business. The prices are going up, the portions are smaller, the food is okay...not great, and the staff...mainly the women, are RUDE!!! I've been going here before this new company took over, and the atmosphere was way better! Now it looks rundown and like they just don't care about the customer and the customer's experience. They'll be selling lottery tickets like the Dumpling Shop soon. Watch.
Good customer service is non existent. The two girls barely say a word to you. They look at yo like they’re doing you a favor by selling you food. The food is great though. That’s the only reason i go back.
I've been going to this place since it was called Aunt Jackie's. Name changed, but still great food, great patties, and some great people. There's not one thing I wouldn't recommend from this place. I love it I love it I love it. Hope it stays open until the end of time. And if you're lucky, you'll walk in and they're playing Anime on the TV.
