Me & my family got food here many times and it was good. Usually i’d do order pickup until one day i went in & seen how they handled peoples orders including my own. They’re back there holding mops then using the same bare hands to touch food. The guy at the register handling cash packed my food into the container box & used his hands to press down the rice to flatten it to close the container up. Never went back since.
Buy from across the street. Human beings work there. At this store robotic. Slight aggression with anything she says . These things matter. If I gotta question if the food is safe after I leave yu know customer service is terrible
I've been ordering from this place for several years. For some reason, in the last few months 2025 into 2026 - I have found hair in my food on two occasions. I want to leave this here so they can read it. Whoever is their night or evening Chef needs to wear a hair net. I've been there in person and they don't wear hair nets and they use the same gloves that they touch your money on the food to cook as well.
